TERMS
These terms govern your use of this Sound Waves website. By using the site you agree to them. The site provides general information about Sound Waves editions, lineup, dates, venues, aftermovies and contacts.
01 NO TICKET SALES
This site does not sell tickets and does not take payment. Buttons labelled “Buy tickets” or “Tickets” only redirect you to Shotgun. The seller is Shotgun (https://shotgun.live), an independent third party. Your purchase contract is with Shotgun under Shotgun’s terms, not with this website.

- Summer festival: 10 July 2027, Esmoriz, Ovar. Line-up and tickets are not published yet.
The organisation is not responsible for tickets bought on unofficial platforms.
02 INFORMATION
Line-ups, times and venues may change. We aim to keep information current, but pages may lag behind official announcements. Where an event page says “Line-up follows”, details are not yet published.
03 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Brand names, logos, artwork, posters, text, layout and other content on this site are protected. You may not copy, scrape, redistribute or commercially reuse them without prior written permission, except for ordinary browsing and sharing links to this site.
04 PHOTOGRAPHY
At Sound Waves events, the organiser may capture photos and video for promotion and archive. Rules for audience devices, professional cameras and forbidden items are set per event and on site. Materials produced by the organiser at the venue remain the organiser’s property, as stated in the festival FAQ practice.
05 EXTERNAL SITES
Links to Shotgun, YouTube, social networks and other external sites are for convenience. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their content, availability or transactions.
06 ACCEPTABLE USE
Do not misuse this website (for example attempting to disrupt it, scrape it aggressively, or use it to commit fraud). We may restrict access if needed to protect the site or users.
07 LIABILITY
This site is provided for information. To the extent allowed by Portuguese law, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its contents, or for issues on third-party platforms (including ticket purchase on Shotgun). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
08 PRIVACY & COOKIES
Personal data and cookie choices are described in our Privacy notice and Cookie notice.
09 LAW & CHANGES
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Courts in Portugal have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply where you live.
