04 / LEGAL
COOKIES
This site follows Lei 41/2004 (as applicable) and GDPR principles for consent to non-essential storage and third-party embeds. We do not set non-essential cookies or load the YouTube embed until you Accept.
01 HOW WE ASK
On first visit (or after you clear site data), a banner lets you Accept or Reject. You can change your mind later by clearing this site’s data in your browser and reloading, then choosing again — or by emailing info@soundwavesfest.com.
02 WHAT WE STORE
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
sw-cookies |
localStorage | Remembers Accept or Reject so we do not ask every page load | Until you clear site data |
sw-loader |
localStorage | Timestamp so the homepage intro plays at most once every 15 days in this browser | ~15 days of effect; value until cleared |
These values stay on your device. They are not sent to our servers. There is no first-party analytics cookie on this site.
03 YOUTUBE
If you Accept, the aftermovie may load an embedded YouTube player. Google may then set cookies and process data according to YouTube / Google policies (which may include transfers outside the EEA). If you Reject, or have not chosen yet, we do not load the iframe. The aftermovie is shown as a plain link to the official video on YouTube instead.
